NATAN HEBER

Natan Heber was born in Sao Paulo - Brazil in 1975.

At the age of 12 he moved to Penápolis, where he had the opportunity to develop his abilities in fine arts at the Musée du Soleil, a place of great importance in his life. There he also obtained artistic stimulus and techniques. In the Musée du Soleil, he stood out very quickly among artists for his youth and talent. He learned different painting, sculpture, drawing and printmaking techniques. At 17 he took part in a contest sponsored by the State Government of São Paulo, which he won first place receiving the award from the Governor of the time.

In 2000, he began to teach drawing and painting where he lived, founding there the Nankin School of the Arts Studio. Many students and artists who now are highlights in several art areas went there. Known for its teaching quality, the Nankin Studio became considered as an important art school in Sao Paulo. At that time, he developed several projects, lectures and promoted exhibitions. He gave courses for children in schools and local governments, always with the aim of introducing art to young people.

In 2005, Natan Heber moved to London, England, where he could then fulfil his dream. He would dream of paintings, picturesque paintings and classical themes. The environment provided these moments, cooperating to his personal and artistic growth. Natan is beginning to gain artistic recognition. He develops paintings, illustrations for magazines, drawings, portraits and recently he taught Old Master Style course at The London Academy of Art.

 

Natan Heber paints the world with beauty, a simple and elegant world at the same time. Simple because of his humble past and sophisticated because his art has great refinement. He paints not only an external world but also a deep one. He has great fascination for people, the everyday life of human beings, animals and especially nature. He paints his subjects with great skill, since its small details, always leading to a feeling of satisfaction and reflection. His paintings and drawings contribute to balance a harmonious composition. His brush strokes and colours depict his history, his memories and talk of peace. They bring matters which value emotion, pure and simple feelings in a romantic way.
